8.1 Contact form and WhatsApp

When you write to us via the contact form we collect the data you enter:

  • Name

  • Phone number (optional)
  • Project type and message content

The message is delivered to us via email via the Google Gmail service and stored in our inbox to manage the request. If you contact us via WhatsApp, we process the data you decide to communicate to us there.

Purpose: respond to contact requests, provide quotes and assistance.

Conservation: for the time necessary to manage the request and any resulting relationships. The data is not transferred to third parties and is used only for the purposes indicated.

Legal basis: user consent and execution of pre-contractual measures (art. 6 GDPR).

8.2 Statistical Services

Cloudflare Web Analytics it is instead active for all visitors, because it does not install cookies and does not store identifiers on the device: it only collects aggregate data on the pages viewed and loading times, without allowing us to trace a person or follow them on other sites. Contact form data: are delivered and stored via the Google email service (Gmail); the site is hosted on Cloudflare. Some of these suppliers may also process data outside the European Union (e.g. United States).

Statistical services (Google Analytics): may involve the transfer of data to the United States. In all cases of non-EU transfer we ensure that it occurs in compliance with the GDPR, through standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other adequate guarantees.
