A brand only days old, with years of work behind it

Enza and Roberta plan destination weddings with Your Wedding in Italy, whose website we rebuilt earlier this year. For their wedding guests they have always handled hotels, transfers, boats and tours. That in-house service has become a business of its own: Your Concierge in Italy, for agencies and wedding planners, companies and private travelers.

They called us on October 8 with a specific deadline: on the 16th Roberta would present the service to a group of planners in Puglia and needed a link to send. The brand was only hours old, but the site had to look like a business that has been running for years. On the 13th it was live.

An identity of its own, next to Your Wedding

The first version used the colors and typefaces of the wedding site, and the client wanted two distinct brands. We started again from the moodboard they sent us: espresso, terracotta and cream, headings in Cormorant Garamond and body text in Hanken Grotesk, short lines in spaced capitals, warm photos set next to panels of solid color.

We vectorized the logo with the Y. from the client’s file. Behind it, on the blush paper of the homepage, the YOUR of Your Wedding in Italy drifts slowly, tone on tone: the parent brand is there, without making noise. One fixed rule for the copy: never the word luxury, the photos set the level.

Logo, pattern, lettering and panels are the components of yourconcierge.it, recomposed into a single board.

A form that changes with whoever is writing

An agency, a company and a family on vacation don’t have the same information to give. The form first asks who you are, then adapts questions, headings and tone: rooms and proposal deadline for the planner, participants and event support for the company, who is traveling and whether there is a wedding involved for the private traveler. Instead of a budget, you pick the property level, from three to five stars, as the client had asked.

After sending, the team receives an email organized by profile, the sender gets an automatic reply in their language and can book the intro call on Calendly right away. Below is the real component from the site: switch profile and see what happens. Sending is simulated.

Original component from yourconcierge.it, in Italian and English. No data leaves your browser.

Trust, without making anything up

The sites we used as references (DMCs, villa agencies, a concierge on Lake Como) show numbers, reviews, real cases and clear rules for partners. A brand that was just born has none of those. The proof that existed belonged to Enza and Roberta: the five-star reviews of Your Wedding in Italy, multi-day weddings handled guest by guest, a family tradition dating back to the 1950s.

We used them exactly as they are, always labeled “Wedding with Your Wedding in Italy”. Sections without real data stay hidden until the client adds it in Sanity. The page for agencies lists the rules of collaboration and no figures on commissions or margins, as the brief required.

Under the hood

  • Static pages, live content. Next.js 16 with every page pre-rendered; photos, destinations and contacts come from Sanity and refresh within an hour, or instantly through the signed webhook.
  • One Sanity project for two brands. Your Concierge uses the same project as Your Wedding in Italy with a separate dataset: same people and same account, separate content.
  • Video only when it makes sense. Homepage videos only play if the system doesn’t request reduced motion and the connection isn’t in data saver mode; otherwise the photo stays.
  • A protected form. Honeypot, minimum fill-in time, request and size limits, a daily cap on submissions and Cloudflare Turnstile; emails go out through Resend.
  • Light on shared hosting. Images resized by the Sanity CDN, security headers and long caching, following an audit one week after launch.
